Please pay close attention to the following: Non-compliance could result in sizable fines.
-A 3-night minimum stay may be required.
-The maximum occupancy is 12 adults.
-Rental Agreement must be e-signed after booking, which requests the names and ages of adult guests.
-Bachelor & Bachelorette groups must all be over the age of 30.
-Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the driveway. Street parking is restricted.
-The home is equipped with a Ring doorbell for security purposes.
-Age restrictions apply. Please inquire for more information.
-Additional deposits may be required.
-Pets require prior approval.
-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e., SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.
