What are the check-in and check-out times?

Standard check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM, unless stated otherwise. You’ll receive access details within three days of your arrival.
Why am I being charged hotel occupancy taxes?

Short-term rentals within Austin’s city limits are subject to the same hotel taxes as traditional hotels: 11% city tax and 6% state tax. Properties outside Austin, like in Westlake Hills, are only subject to the 6% state tax.
Why do you need the names of all guests?

Austin’s short-term rental regulations require us to collect the names, ages, and contact information of everyone staying in the property. This information is securely stored and used only in case of emergencies—it is never shared.
