HOME INSPECTOR (AUSTIN)
Are you detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to make an impact? Renters Club is seeking a meticulous and proactive Home Inspector to join our team!
In this role, you’ll ensure that our properties meet the highest standards by performing thorough inspections. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, be able to lift up to 30 pounds, and remain on their feet for extended periods of time. If you’re ready to work in a fast-paced environment and ensure quality, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed inspections of rental properties
- Ensure properties meet cleanliness and safety standards
- Check that amenities are in good condition and functioning properly
- Report any issues or areas for improvement to the team
