-A 3-night minimum stay may be required.
-The maximum occupancy is 12 adults.
-Rental Agreement must be e-signed after 48 hours after booking, which requests the names and ages of adult guests.
-Included with your reservation is an accidental damage protection insurance policy that protects everyone from any unexpected accidents. The full name, address and date of birth of the primary renter must be submitted within 48 hours after booking to our insurance partner, Safely.ntal Agreement must be e-signed after booking, which requests the names and ages of adult guests.
-Bachelor/Bachelorette groups must all be over 30 years old.
-Age restrictions apply. Please inquire for more information.  
-Additional deposits may be required.  
-Pets up to 50lbs allowed with Pet Deposit + Pet Fee.
-Bicycles available for guest use. If bicycles are not returned upon check out, there will be a $500 replacement fee per bike.
-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home. 
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e., SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.
