Please pay close attention to the following: Non-compliance could result in sizable fines.
-A 3-night minimum stay may be required.
-The maximum occupancy is 6 adults.
-Rental Agreement must be e-signed after booking, which requests the names and ages of adult guests.
-No Bachelor parties. Please contact us if you are a bachelor party looking for accommodations and we will be more than happy to assist!
-Age restrictions apply. Please inquire for more information.
-Additional deposits may be required.
-The home is owner occupied when not renting so there may be items in the home of the owners.
-No pets allowed. If you are traveling with a pet, reach out as we can help you find a pet-friendly place.
-Per HOA rules, pool hours are 6am to 11pm, these hours are strictly enforced. Also, when enjoying the pool, please only use the plastic cups provided at the home. Please do not use any glass in the pool area.
-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Per HOA rules, please refrain from smoking inside or outside the home.
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e., SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.
