Come decked out in your best red, white, and blue attire for this patriotic event that is absolutely free to attend to the public. Everyone is invited to the shoreline of Lady Bird Lake where you will be able to take in the views of the orchestra and closing fireworks display. Attendees will want to make their way to Vic Mathias Shores for the event where you can enjoy plenty of space to hang out. The general admission area opens up at 4:00 PM and early entrance is highly recommended to ensure a great viewing spot for the event. The Master of Ceremonies will begin at 8:00 PM sharp with the Austin Symphony Orchestra Concert beginning at 8:45 PM. Of course, it would not be a Fourth of July Celebration without a stunning fireworks display lighting up the sky. The fireworks will begin at 9:30 PM and is sure to be a huge demonstration of patriotism.
During the event you will find plenty of exciting activities for the family to enjoy. Live music entertainment will be provided by Tameca Jones, Bidi Bidi Banda, and DJ Du among others starting at 5:00 PM.
