Field Team Inspector (Austin)

Renters Club Austin is hiring full-time Field Team Inspectors! So, if you want to be part of a cohesive team where you can provide excellence in customer service, communication, and attention to detail, we would love to meet you!

The Field Team Inspector/Maintenance Technician oversees successful home inspections, preparation, and maintenance upkeep to provide guests with a luxury experience while staying with Renters Club. The ideal candidate must be flexible, adaptable, trustworthy, and motivated and keep Hospitality at the core of all they do.

Our Inspectors work as a team with our guests, homeowners, and operations team to ensure each vacation rental home meets or exceeds Renters Club expectations.

Operations Manager (Austin) 

The Operations Manager oversees all things about the successful back-of-house operations to provide guests with a luxury experience while staying with Renters Club and the operations team the tools to be successful.

Supervisory Responsibilities: 

  • Has final say on hiring and training new operations staff. 
  • Oversees the daily workflow of the department. 
  • Schedules housekeeping employees and field team employees. 
  • Manages operations employee schedules and time cards for all hourly/contract 
  • employees. 
  • Manages relationships with operations vendors, housekeeping companies, and 
  • inventory suppliers 
  • Performs other related duties as assigned. 


  • This job includes but is not limited to the following: 
  • Orders and maintains all inventory, including linens, towels, consumables placed in 
  • units, and tools needed to perform field team tasks in an inventory management 
  • system. 
  • Sets schedule for all operations employees. 
  • Reviews housekeeping costs and fees charged to guests bi-annually. 
  • Reviews field team staff duties bi-annually with Field Team Manager. 
  • Provides stocking and linen quotes to Account Managers on time. 
  • Maintains records for inventory and maintenance in Streamline/Breezeway. 
  • Submits bills for vendors on time. 
  • Manages the guest amenity program. 
  • Manages and implements processes for all operations jobs. 
  • Trains field team staff in other cities as necessary. 
  • Works with Account Managers and the Design department to onboard new homes. 
  • Works with the field team to ensure successful offboarding of homes. 
  • Works with the design department to schedule operations for design implementation. 
  • Maintains a clean, organized warehouse space. 
  • Reviews housekeeping costs and fees charged to guests bi-annually. 
  • Maintains all company vehicles as needed (inspections, service, cleaning). 
  • Deals with homeowners as needed professionally and courteously. 
  • Oversees all department spending 

Required Skills/Abilities: 

  • 2 years of previous management experience. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. 
  • Ability to work with online applications to schedule and order items. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. 
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills. 
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate. 
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment. 
  • Good driving record and ability to drive company vehicles 
  • Must have transportation to make it to work on time
