Why do I need to purchase property damage protection?

For group stays, it’s simpler and more cost-effective to purchase a property damage insurance plan upfront. It removes the burden from one person’s credit card and encourages honest reporting of accidental damage. If damage occurs, you can report it, file a claim, and move on—no extra charges.

What amenities are provided in the rental?

You’ll find the home clean and ready with quality linens and towels. Bathrooms include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. The kitchen has essential tools, salt, pepper, and olive oil. While we don’t stock specific groceries or condiments, non-perishables may be left by prior guests. You’ll also have: 10+ coffee filters, 2 coffee packs (for drip coffee maker), creamer & sugar, 2 rolls of paper towels, 1 box of dishwasher pods, 1 sponge, dish soap, surface cleaner, trash bags (minimum 20), 20 unscented laundry pods, 20 unscented dryer sheets, and toilet paper (1 in use + 2 backups per bathroom).

How will I access the property?

Our homes feature either a keypad lock or lockbox. You’ll receive your code and entry instructions by email no more than three days before arrival. If you haven’t received them, please check that your guest information has been submitted or contact our team.

Our daughters (aged 3 and 5) loved the neighborhood playground and splash pad, which were both in walking distance to the home, and we all enjoyed the adorable porch swing! The house is in such a convenient location. We explored the whole city and found it would be a short drive to any neighborhood we wanted to go to ( there are also plenty of restaurants/shops within walking distance of the home). It was also an easy drive out to the hill country from the house! We would definitely stay at this home again. If you are thinking of booking, don’t hesitate!
