Relax in the spacious outdoor area lounging poolside or amongst the gardens in the partially fenced yard. -A 3-night minimum stay may be required.
-Rental Agreement must be signed after booking, which requests the names and ages of adult guests. 
-Additional deposits may be required.

-Maximum occupancy is 16 adults.
-Internet provided by AT&T fiber, the fastest available in Houston.
-Ask about special weekly and monthly discounted rates.
-Reservations made during Events, Festivals, and Conferences are non-refundable.
-No parties allowed at this property and City of Houston quiet hours of 10pm to 7am are strictly enforced. This includes any music or noise coming from vehicles coming or going from the property. Fines will be issued for neighbor complaints
-No Smoking inside this property or within 20 ft of windows or doors. Please smoke on the patio. If evidence of smoking is found, you will receive up to a $500 fine.
-No confetti or glitter decor and tape on the walls.
-Safety: Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times when inside the pool fence. No diving or flipping into the pool. No running around the pool. No glass by the pool. The pool fence must always be locked with the key when not in use and the gate should never be propped open. The pool is shared with the neighboring property.
-Exterior of the home is monitored 24/7 by video cameras.
-Pets: Gentle dogs/cats are allowed at this property, please inquire for approval and payment of pet fees. We cannot host the following breeds due to insurance company exclusions: Pitbull, Doberman or Rottweiler. For your pets’ safety and respect of other guests on the property, please keep pets on a leash when outside and pick-up after your pets. Backyard fence is NOT fully enclosed, it is open to the driveway, so pets cannot safely be off leash.
-Feb 2022 and March 2022 weekly pricing: $1225/week plus fees.
-Please note - The December freeze has damaged the leaves on most of our plants, so the backyard no longer looks lush and tropical. Also, we are waiting until there is no longer the possibility of another freeze (after March 1st) to cut off the dead leaves because the dead foliage can help to protect the roots of the plants from damage in future freezes. The plants should start recovering in the springtime when we have warm weather and lots of rain. Thank you for your understanding.
