Things to Know
Please pay close attention to the following: Non-compliance could result in sizable fines.
-A 5-night minimum stay is required. Longer term stays available, please inquire for more information.
-$3000 Refundable Security Deposit is required for longer term stays.
-Renter must purchase a Renters Insurance Policy with $100k Liability through provider of choice and name additionally insured persons. Proof of Insurance is required prior to arrival.
-The maximum occupancy is 8 adults.
-Rental Agreement must be e-signed after 48 hours after booking, which requests the names and ages of adult guests.
-Included with your reservation is an accidental damage protection insurance policy that protects everyone from any unexpected accidents. The full name, address and date of birth of the primary renter must be submitted within 48 hours after booking to our insurance partner, Safely.
-The exterior of the home is monitored 24/7 by Nest cameras.
-Age restrictions apply. Please inquire for more information.
-Additional deposits may be required.
-No pets allowed. If you are traveling with a pet, reach out as we can help you find a pet-friendly place.
-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
