The primary room has an en-suite bath with a large soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. The living room opens up to the dining room and kitchen, where you can enjoy social time with friends and family. The outdoor space is shared with the neighboring house and includes a  Non-Heated salt-water pool, heated outdoor shower and half-bath, located just off the patio underneath the detached garage apartment. Relax in the spacious outdoor area lounging poolside or amongst the gardens in the partially fenced yard. Walk to boutique shops, local eateries, coffee shops, craft pubs, and more.  This is the perfect location for a getaway or work retreat with quick, easy access to the I-610 and the Greater Houston Area with connections to I-45, I-10 and US-290. -A 3-night minimum stay may be required. Please inquire for special weekly and monthly discounted rates.
-The maximum occupancy is 6 adults. Please inquire for further information.
-Rental Agreement must be e-signed after booking, which requests the names and ages of adult guests.
-This property has a detached garage with a long-term tenant. 
-All outdoor spaces are shared with the long-term tenant.
-Bachelor/Bachelorette groups must all be over 30 years old.
-Primary renter must be 25+ years old. Other age restrictions apply. Please inquire for more information.  
-Parties are not allowed, quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 pm - 7 am.
-Additional deposits may be required.  
-Pets may be allowed with a pet fee and refundable pet deposit. Please inquire for approval. Note, pitbulls, dobermans and rottweilers are prohibited.
-Pool Notes - Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times while swimming. No diving/flipping into the pool. No running by the pool. No glass by the pool. The pool fence must remain locked at all times while not in use and the gate should never be propped open.
-24 hr monitored exterior Security Camera on-site.
-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home. 
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable.
