-A 7-night minimum stay is required.
-Maximum occupancy is 6 adults. 
-Outdoor areas are monitored by cameras 24/7
-Rental Agreement must be e-signed after booking, which requests the names and ages of adult guests.
-No Bachelor parties. Please contact us if you are a bachelor party looking for accommodations and we will be more than happy to assist! 
-Age restrictions apply. Please inquire for more information.  
-Additional deposits may be required.  
-No pets allowed. If you are traveling with a pet, reach out as we can help you find a pet-friendly place.
-Outdoor Fireplace - available for guest use November - March only
-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home. 
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e., SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.
