Things to Know
Please pay close attention to the following: Non-compliance could result in sizable fines.
-This property is a Duplex and shares a wall and fence with the neighbors. Please note: All indoor/outdoor spaces, including the pool are private.
-Quiet Hours are strictly enforced. Parties/ Loud Music are prohibited.
-24hr monitored Exterior Surveillance Camera on property.  
-A 3-night minimum stay may be required.
-The maximum occupancy is 10 adults. 
-Rental Agreement must be e-signed after booking, which requests the names and ages of adult guests.
-No bachelor parties allowed.
-Age restrictions apply. Please inquire for more information.  
-Additional deposits may be required.  
-No pets allowed. If you are traveling with a pet, reach out as we can help you find a pet-friendly place.
-Pool Heating Note: The pool heating fee is $85 per day (November - April only) up to 85 degrees.  If the average temp during your stay is below 55 degrees, then we are not able to heat the pool. You must let us know 48 hours in advance of check in if you wish to have the pool heated for your arrival.
-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home. 
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
-Indoor smoking will result in a $500 fine + the cost of smoke removal treatment.
-Reservations made during Events, Festivals, and Conferences are non-refundable.
