The clean, modern finished home features 3 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms with a converted media room on the third floor and can sleep 7 guests. The home is airy and comfortable with two living areas, indoor and outdoor dining areas, a large screened-in porch, rooftop deck with views of downtown, a his and hers master bathroom, and a balcony off every bedroom. The home is less than 1.5 miles to downtown and only blocks from the Palmer Events Center and Butler Park.

Please pay close attention to the following: Non-compliance could result in sizable fines.
-A 3-night minimum stay may be required.
-The maximum occupancy is 7 adults. 
-Rental Agreement must be e-signed after booking, which requests the names and ages of adult guests.
-No Bachelor parties.
-Age restrictions apply. Please inquire for more information.  
-Additional deposits may be required.  
-No pets allowed. If you are traveling with a pet, reach out as we can help you find a pet-friendly place.
-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home. 
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e., SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.
