The unobstructed views of downtown from the 2nd & 3rd floor decks are out of this world! On the bottom deck you have your own private pool area. The entire pool can also be heated on request for your stay for an additional fee. The open concept style inside is just as desirable. With floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that connect the inside space with the outside pool area, this is the perfect place to relax and entertain your guests.

-A 3-night minimum stay may be required.
-The maximum occupancy is 10 adults. 
-Rental Agreement must be e-signed after 48 hours after booking, which requests the names and ages of adult guests.
-Included with your reservation is an accidental damage protection insurance policy that protects everyone from any unexpected accidents. The full name, address and date of birth of the primary renter must be submitted within 48 hours after booking to our insurance partner, Safely.

-Bachelor/Bachelorette groups must all be over 30 years old.

-The exterior of the home is monitored 24/7 by security cameras.
-Please be courteous of neighbors and keep outside noise after 10:00p to minimum per City Ordinance. NO outdoor music is allowed after 10:00p.
-Pool Information: Pool hours are 8:00a - 12:00a. The pool is heatable up to 95 degrees during the months of November - March and requires a $250 fee (per weekend). **We require 48 hours notice prior to your arrival day if you would like the pool heated during your stay.**
-No pets allowed. If you are traveling with a pet, reach out as we can help you find a pet-friendly place.
-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home. 
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e., SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.
